Matthew has litigated cases in all federal courts in Louisiana and most state courts throughout Louisiana.
Matthew has handled numerous cases to the Louisiana Supreme Court and has argued four times to the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Matthew has briefed a bad faith case to the United States Supreme Court. According to Lexis-Nexis Court Link, Matthew has been engaged as an attorney in excess of 400 federal district court cases in the United States.
